With 20 years of experience supporting organizational objectives through an ongoing commitment to quality and performance, Kelley Santalla leads the BRIDG administrative team as executive assistant. Her responsibilities include providing professional support for the CEO, overseeing general office management, and assisting the BRIDG Executive Team as needed.
Throughout her career, Santalla has consistently worked to enhance office efficiencies and improve overall performance and workflow. Before BRIDG, she served as Center Director for JMJ Pregnancy Center, where she developed partnerships with other Orlando nonprofits and local government agencies, trained and coached personnel on organizational policies and procedures, and provided critical metrics to the director of operations, among other things. Previously, Santalla served in a variety of administrative roles across the United States, with responsibilities ranging from event planning to grant writing to client relations.
Santalla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boston College. In addition to her work at BRIDG, Santalla works in women’s ministry and education efforts within her church community.
